Orders for Niagara | Hamilton | Burlington | Oakville must be placed for by Thursday midnight for Saturday delivery. Orders for Brampton | Mississauga| Toronto | Milton must be placed for by Friday midnight for a Sunday delivery.
We deliver Saturdays and Sundays between 7:30am – 5:00pm. Delivery day depends on the city you are located in. For information see delivery areas
Deliveries are made to your door or designated area. Orders are delivered in insulated bags. You will receive a notification once the meal has been successfully delivered. Please include any special delivery instructions example, buzzer codes, designated delivery area, other special instruction etc.
Fresh meals will last for up to 5 days in the fridge from the day of delivery, or up to 10 weeks in the freezer if you freeze the meals upon delivery.
Caution: Contents may be hot after heating. Allow to stand for one minute after heating. If fresh, heat in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir thoroughly and reheat for longer if required. Best to heat the meal for a shorter time and reheat rather than overcook. If frozen, heat in the microwave for 3 to 6 minutes. Stir thoroughly and reheat for longer if required, stirring every minute or so to ensure even heating. As an alternative, you can transfer your meal from the plastic tray into an oven safe dish and heat in the oven, or heat on the stove in a non-stick frying pan

Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime. Cancellation requirements: Saturday Deliveries- If you have a subscription for a Saturday delivery you must cancel before Friday midnight. Sunday deliveries- If you have a subscription for a Sunday delivery you must cancel before Saturday midnight
