MICROWAVE (1200 WATTS):

  • Lift corners film to let steam escape.
  • Microwave on High 5-6 mins stirring halfway
  • The tray will be hot; use caution and support the tray when removing it from the oven and pealing back the film.

  • Let stand for 1 min. Stir meat and sauce and fluff rice with a fork before serving.
  • CONVENTION OVEN

  • Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
  • Lift corners film to let steam escape.
  • Place tray on baking sheet and bake on middle oven rock 23-25 mins stirring halfway.
  • The tray will be hot; use caution and support tray when removing form oven and pealing back film.

  • Let stand 1 min. Stir meat and sauce and fluff rice with fork before serving.
